We investigate how metabolic crosstalk between melanoma and endothelial cells promotes resistance to MAPK-targeted therapy within the DYNAMO Window.  Reflecting DYNAMO’s goal to decode intrinsic adaptation programs at therapy onset, Project A04 reveals how vascular–metabolic coordination shapes early resistance dynamics.
