Heterogeneity and dynamic plasticity of cancer-associated fibroblasts as determinants of melanoma response to immunotherapy

B01 investigates how the dynamically evolving tumor microenvironment in melanoma shapes diverse cancer-associated fibroblast states that drive immune responsiveness and immediate resistance to immune checkpoint blockade within the DYNAMO Window. Using spatial multi-omics of longitudinal patient samples, B01 defines how stromal adaptation fuels early resistance, providing key insight into multicellular therapy adaptation.
