Project B04
Understanding the impact of NK cell plasticity for primary resistance in melanoma
B04 investigates how melanoma cell states and oncogenic signaling shape NK-cell recruitment and functional plasticity within the DYNAMO Window, the early treatment phase during which innate immunity critically influences therapeutic outcome. Using spatial and single-cell profiling, lineage tracing, and preclinical models, it defines how tumor-intrinsic programs rewire NK-cell effector states and feedback circuits, advancing DYNAMO’s goal to integrate immediate tumor–immune dynamics driving resistance.
