Learning of early immunotherapy-induced phenoscapes through multi-omic spatio-temporal mapping
C01 maps immediate therapy-driven cell-state dynamics in melanoma under immune checkpoint blockade and adoptive T-cell therapy within the DYNAMO Window. Using longitudinal single-cell and spatial multi-omics in therapy-treated mouse tissue, complemented by human melanoma samples, it resolves evolving phenoscapes and the emergence of persister states. The resulting DYNAMO Reference Map delineates early adaptive trajectories and provides an integrative foundation for mechanistic modeling and biomarker discovery across the consortium.
