The scope of duties of the Senate Commission DiM includes in particular

Fundamental issues of diversity management as well as the monitoring and support of measures taken by the university to

1. diversity-oriented design of study programmes and structures;
2. Supporting diversity in research and in research structures;
3. Establishing diversity as an integral part of quality management;
4. diversity-oriented design of personnel & structural development;
5. using diversity to build profiles and expand cooperation
