Every semester, our research group offers a range of exciting excursions to companies and research institutions in the field of energy materials and systems. These visits provide an opportunity to learn about current developments and technologies at first hand – from innovative production processes to cutting-edge research. The focus is on topics such as energy conversion, materials for energy technology, and sustainable processes.

The excursions are primarily aimed at students and doctoral candidates who want to deepen their knowledge and gain insights into practical applications. They also offer the opportunity to network and ask questions directly to experts from industry and research.

Information on participation

Registration, dates, and current information about the excursions can be found in the Moodle course, through which credit points can also be awarded. The excursion is part of the Energy Science degree program, but students from other disciplines who are interested can still register via Moodle or send an email to request individual dates.
