•  The prerequisites for annulled or reduced culpability according to §§ 20 and 21 StGB (German Criminal Code)
•  The prerequisites for measures of improvement and safeguarding in accordance with §§ 63, 64 and 66 of the StGB (German Criminal Code)
•  Questions of prognosis (treatment in a correctional facility, preventive detention and release of prisoners and patients)
