M. Sc. Marawan Abdelgawad
Research interest
My research interests lie in the field of human-robot interaction in conjunction with modern AI methods, particularly large language models (LLMs). In this context, I focus on developing systems that enable flexible control of robots via natural language and facilitate dynamic tasks.
A particular focus is on multimodal forms of interaction that combine language, visual perception, and physical collaboration. The goal of my research is to make the use of robots accessible to non-experts as well and to bridge the gap between AI systems and the physical world.
