Project B06
Deciphering neutrophil heterogeneity and its implications for immune checkpoint inhibitor response in melanoma
B06 investigates how neutrophil heterogeneity and IL-17–driven neutrophil responses influence immediate immune dynamics and therapy outcomes during immune checkpoint blockade in melanoma. In alignment with the CRC’s core goals, B06 integrates proteomics, single-cell, spatial, and blood-based multi-omics to define neutrophil–T-cell–tumor crosstalk and identify biomarkers tracing early resistance within the DYNAMO Window for patient stratification.
