Project C02
Automated validation, design and exchange of molecular hypotheses as an integral feature of melanoma biobanking and consortial resistance research
Project C02 is the central biobank hub of the CRC and aims to develop a platform for automated molecular hypothesis validation and generation. The project will connect patient-derived tumor and blood samples at baseline and early on-therapy to mechanistic questions across datasets. Through integrated clinical annotation and automated data analysis workflows, C02 provides a clinically grounded and computationally standardized basis for uncovering and validating immediate therapy-adaptation, supporting all key goals of DYNAMO and ultimately identifying complex biomarkers.
