Bachelor & Master Projects

We continuously offer Bachelor’s and Master’s thesis projects in our research areas. Motivated students with a background in molecular biology, immunology, virology, or related fields are encouraged to get in touch.

Example thesis topics

• CRISPRi targeting of HIV reservoirs: silencing of HIV transcription in CD4+ T cells.
• Metabolic profiling in latent infection: Seahorse and related assays of patient-derived cells.

If you have a specific topic in mind, we are happy to discuss whether it can be developed into a suitable project.

PhD & Postdoc Positions

We currently have no open PhD or postdoctoral positions. However, highly motivated candidates whose research interests strongly align with the lab are welcome to contact us. We are open to co-developing competitive fellowship applications, including DFG, Marie Skłodowska-Curie, DAAD, or related funding schemes.
