Poster prizes

We would like to thank all participants who presented their contributions during the poster session. The poster prize committee has decided to award three equal places. We congratulate the winners.

  • Linda Katharina Müller (TU Kaiserslautern) - Regenerationsoptimierung und Vergleich verschiedener Eisen-bestückter Aktivkohleproben zur Mikroschadstoffelimination im Abwasser
  • Dorothee Tell (Leibniz University Hannover) - Very Long Baseline Atom Interferometry for high Precision Gravity Sensing
  • Jennifer Schmeink (University of Duisburg-Essen) - Fabrication and Characterization of 2D Janus-type Transition Metal Dichalcogenides

We invite you to our online poster session on Tuesday afternoon and evening (Nov. 9, 2021 16:30).

You are familiar with the poster session format from DPG meetings and past female physicists' conferences. It is true that due to pandemic conditions we cannot meet in one place to present and discuss the posters. But we would like to offer this format - even if only online - at this meeting as well.

During the session, present your poster on your field and your work - independent of the scientific focus of the hosts SFB 1242 and SFB/TRR 270 - spanning all disciplines of physics and of course also on the topic of "Gender Equality and Equal Opportunity". You can submit your poster in German or English.

Furthermore, we invite you to submit your poster for a Contributed Talk as part of the scientific stream. The decision will be communicated to the Contributed Talk speaker on 27th Oct. 21.

Our Poster Committee looks forward to receiving your submissions and will be awarding poster prizes.

From 1st Nov. 21 you can upload your poster on our conference platform Scoocs. You can find instructions here! More information will be published here in the following days.

We look forward to a lively, diverse and exciting poster session with you.
