Coscine
Store and archive research data with Coscine
Coscine is an RDM tool that allows researchers to store and archive their project data in an organized manner. Coscine's goal is to simplify FAIR data management – for example through flexible metadata schemas tailored to the requirements of your research and through the automatic assignment of persistent identifiers that make data sets linkable in the long term.
Coscine is both a storage medium for active (including collaborative) use during a project and an archive in which data sets are stored for up to ten years after the end of the project, in accordance with the requirements of good research practice.
UDE members receive 100 GB of free storage space on Coscine – simply log in with your UDE ID. More storage space for large amounts of data is provided via datastorage.nrw upon request.
More storage for large data
Researchers can request additional storage space for large amounts of data.
