The German Academic Exchange Service (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst - DAAD) offers a comprehensive database on scholarships for international students who study in Germany. The database includes scholarship programmes from the DAAD as well as from other funding organisations:

It is also advisable that you enquire in your home country for scholarship opportunities. In many countries, agencies similar to the German academic exchange service exist, or ministries of education provide funding for studies abroad. Engineering studies might also be sponsored by industry.
