Communication between mentor and student

The mentors are depend on the University eMail-adress, consisting of family name and first name of each student, to contact the students. We ask the students, who do not use this adress, to forward the e-mails to their private adress.
How to do this, is descibed in a pdf-manuel you can download on this page.
