From the main station "Duisburg-Hauptbahnhof":
When you arrive at the Duisburg main station, cross over to the underground station. Follow the signs for the subway which is underground. Take the tram "90" that leaves from U-track 3 in direction Mülheim or Zoo/ Uni. Get out the tram after 3 stops (approx. 5 minutes) at "Zoo/ Uni". Cross the street, and move towards the round buildings, the M-complex.
"MC" building, AG Schmid:
Look for the MC building - it’s easy to spot once you head toward the M‑complex. Once inside the building, take the elevator or the stairs to the third floor. When you arrive on the third floor, you will see the sign “MC 340–390” - just follow it. This will lead you into a hallway. On the right-hand side, you will find us, marked by the sign “MC 380–391”. There you can ring the bell, and someone will open the door for you.
Energy Science Colloquium, Room"MC 231":
Once inside the MC building, take the elevator or the stairs to the second floor. When you arrive on the second floor, turn left - you will see the sign “MC 220–234”; just follow it. As you walk toward the large blue picture with an “E”, you will already see room MC 231 on your left-hand side, just before you reach the picture.
Travel by car:
Take the Autobahn A3 or A40 until you come to the interchange Kaiserberg, then take the exit Duisburg-Kaiserberg direction "Universität/Zoo".
