Research
I am developing and validating bioanalytical methods to determine exposure to monoclonal antibodies at Institute of Energy and Environmental Technology (IUTA e. V.). This data enables a data-based risk assessment for the handling of these substances. In order to allow a comprehensive evaluation, not only the released antibodies but also the transmission pathways are examined by means of monitoring procedures. To reach this goal, different analytical methods such as HPLC-HRMS in one and two dimensions (2D-LC) or spectroscopically methods will be used.
Education
Master of Science in Applied Chemistry with main focus on Instrumental Analysis and Laboratory Management; University of Applied Sciences, Krefeld, Germany
The thesis “Development of an analytical method to assess the occupational health risk of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies using LC-HRMS” focused on the quantification of airborne monoclonal antibodies in low concentration.
Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biotechnology with main focus on Instrumental Analysis; University of Applied Sciences, Krefeld, Germany
The thesis “Species analysis of chlorophyll in surface waters by coupling of HPLC-F-AAS” focused on method development and analysis of field samples.
