Visiting researchers at the IZfB

IZfB Visiting Professor Fellowship

One important aim of the center is to promote networking and to foster lasting coope­ration in research and graduate education between the University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE) and renowned international institutions. To support this aim the IZfB will provide funding for stays of visiting scientists at the UDE. The funding will be in the form of a IZfB Visiting Professor Fellowship which will be awarded to outstanding international researchers who will contribute to research cooperation and graduate training at the UDE by preparing joint publications and research proposals, providing research advice and workshops or providing direct supervision.
