Ph.D. Retreat 2017
May 15-17, 2017 Ph.D. Retreat 2017
As early as possible the integrated research training group organized this retreat to introduce the doctoral students to the broader scope of the CRC and to focus on it collaborative aspect. With additional skill training in “good scientific practice” the environment for progress and success was set on this retreat.
This retreat created a unique opportunity to bring the doctoral students together and establish collaborations from the get-go. In depth tutorial talks from principal investigators offered a perfect introduction to the field of non-equilibrium dynamics of condensed matter in the time domain.
