As a central service unit at UDE, the Science Support Center (SSC) is the point of contact for research funding, early career researchers and research transfer.

Our mission is to help our University and its members develop successfully.

With our wide-ranging expertise and problem-solving competencies, we can effectively address the many different needs we encounter – from advice on research proposals and start-ups to career and skills development through to patent registration and event organisation.

We support UDE researchers at all stages of their careers as well as members interested in starting a company, and we collaborate with University management and administration. We network with external partners and cooperate with organisations at the regional, national and international level.
