Colloquia

Once per month a colloquium takes place in which the (post)doctoral researchers present their research project. Additionally, an external (mostly the non-academic mentor) or internal speaker is invited to each colloquium to present their work inside and outside of academia.

The aim of the colloquia is to support the fundamental understanding of the cross sectoral topics of the WGS and to allow the (post)doctoral researchers to get an insight in research topics and methodology outside of their own research project. These colloquia will also facilitate interdisciplinary collaborations and the exchange of experimental and data analysis methods. Further, the (post-)doctoral researchers get an insight of the academic and non-academic working opportunities and the network of each (post)doctoral researcher can be extend.

All (post)doctoral researchers have to present their work at least once in the colloquium throughout their membership in the WGS.

The colloquium is open for everyone interested in the WGS or the performed research. It takes place every third Wednesday of the month at 4 pm.
