The management structure of the WGS includes the WGS management team (MT), a Steering Committee (SC) and a Student Research Council. The MT contains a Speaker-Team and the coordinator and is responsible for the day-to-day issues of the WGS. Further, it implements the decisions made by the SC and is responsible for networking, communication and dissemination of the WGS activities within and outside of the WGS. All overall organization and coordination of events, summer schools and conferences is also the task of the MT. The MT also acts as a mediator between supervisors and (post)doctoral researchers if needed.
