Use Your Own Template
No special template for presentations at this symposium exists. Please use your own presentation template.
Send Your Presentation in Advance
Please send your presentation beforehand to tensinet-ems2026@uni-due.de.
Bring a USB Stick
Alternatively, you may bring your presentation with you on a USB stick.
Arrive Early
If you bring your presentation on a USB stick, please arrive in the session room well before your session begins.
On-site support: Arriving early allows the team to transfer your data and gives you the opportunity to check the equipment before your presentation. A dedicated team will be available to assist you.
Keep Your Presentation on Time
Parallel sessions

Contributed Talks
12 minutes
Each contributed talk in the parallel sessions will last 12 minutes.

Discussion
+ 3 minutes
Three additional minutes are reserved for questions and discussion after each contributed talk.
Keynote Lectures

Keynote Lectures
40 minutes
Keynote lectures will last 45 minutes in total, including discussion.

+ 5 minutes
Five additional minutes are reserved for questions and discussion after each contributed talk.
Please keep to the schedule. All speakers are kindly asked to carefully hold the timeline so that the sessions can run smoothly and all participants have sufficient time for discussion.
Technical Equipment
Presentation Notebook
Each session room will be equipped with a notebook running Microsoft Windows and PowerPoint.
Laser Pointer
A laser pointer will be available in each session room.
Own Notebook
Speakers may use their own notebooks as well.
Video Connections
For parallel sessions, both HDMI and VGA connections are available. For keynote lectures, HDMI is available.
Bring Your Own Adapters
Please bring your own video signal adapter and, if required, a power plug travel adapter for your notebook.
Before You Arrive

✓ Bring a Backup
If preferred, bring your presentation on a USB stick as a backup.

Bring the necessary video signal adapter and power plug travel adapter if required.
