Cooperation and development review (CDR) meetings
Cooperation and development review (CDR) meetings
CDR meetings give line managers and team members the opportunity to discuss essential cooperation-related topics in a structured way and a relaxed atmosphere without time pressure or the stress of an assessment. In these meetings, the team members are partners, not the recipients of assessments or new performance targets.
In order to improve collaboration and the work atmosphere and to optimise the fulfilment of tasks, agreements are made regarding the individual discussion topics and focus areas of responsibility, and it is to be jointly examined whether the agreements made the previous year have been followed through on.
Downloads and forms
We invite both line managers and team members to take part in the multimedia CDR training, which will provide the best possible preparation for the meeting. Taking the form of blended learning, this training combines online self-study options with an in-person training session. Thus, it combines the best of both worlds for your benefit.
To prepare for the in-person training session, we ask that you watch the four brief learning and information videos below and familiarise yourself with the documents in the download area. The half-day in-person session will give you compact theoretical and practical input on each area in the CDR meeting and on personnel development. We will address your specific needs here, so you are welcome to ask any questions you may have about CDR meetings.
You can register online here for the CDR meeting training for line managers and team members.
If you have general questions about CDR meetings or the multimedia training, please get in touch with the contacts in the Personnel Development Department. You will find their contact information at the bottom of this page.
