Krystina Mensing studied English and Spanish at Münster University and the Universidad de Granada (Spain). She received her Bachelor of Arts in 2017. During this time, she was involved in several projects dealing with individualisation and heterogeneity. Apart from that, she worked half a year as a Language Assistant Teacher at the Spanish secondary school IES La Madraza, which followed a Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) approach. In September 2019, she finished her Master of Education. In her master thesis, she already worked on her research field inclusion, which she now pursues as a member of the EFL education team and within the BMBF project “ProViel”. In her PhD thesis she examines the implications of inclusive English teaching and contributes to the development of inclusive EFL teaching concepts.
