Based on a broad concept of work that encompasses production and reproduction activities, the current focus of the research activities of the cluster "Strategies of Action - Power Structures" is on the empirical and theoretical investigation of questions concerning the interdependence of social power structures, and the actors' scope of action. In doing so, the cluster aims to link the micro-level of gendered subjects, their interpretations, relevance and interactions, with the meso-level of (work) organizations as well as the macro-level of social structures and cultural models.
