My research results and suggestions, how to implement gender-sensitive e-learning are founded in four different research areas: School research, textbook research, research in adult education and pilot schemes. My empirical basis is the gender analysis of an IT e-learning course and the evaluation of 25.000 pages of advanced vocational training materials from a gender perspective. From this expertise, I draw a number of principles for gender-sensitive e-learning.
