Please keep in mind the newly updated version of implementation rules which came into effect on 07.04.2022.

For the electronic version of your application, please provide a ZIP-folder containing all relevant documents as single files.

Dates

The habilitation procedures are opened on the recommendation of the preparing habilitation committee in the faculty council. The preparing habilitation committee usually holds a meeting 10 days prior to each faculty council session (see faculty council dates) and focusses on preliminary habilitation inquiries, which are available at least 14 days before the meeting.

Please bear in mind: Your application will be dealt with in the habilitation commitee session only if both the printed folder and the electronic version of your application are handed in before the submission deadline.
