Thesis Topic: Visualizing Learner's Engagement in CourseMapper

Description: This thesis aims to visualize the engagement level of learners in the CourseMapper platform through the analysis of learners’ interactions collected via xAPI statements. By tracking learner behaviors and interactions within a course, the system determines each learner’s engagement level, categorizing them into three groups: low, medium, and high. The primary objective of this work is to develop visualizations that transparently explain how engagement levels are determined. These visualizations function both as analytical tools for researchers and instructors and as a feedback mechanism for learners, enabling them to understand the rationale behind their assigned engagement category.
