Ruhr Lecture on Key Issues in Metropolitan Research
Since 2013, the RUHR LECTURE has been organized by the Institute of Geography at Ruhr-University Bochum and the Faculty of Spatial Planning at TU Dortmund University. They are now joined by the Joint Centre Urban Systems at the University of Duisburg-Essen. As of the winter term 2016/17, the RUHR LECTURE is organized by the Competence Field "Metropolitan Research" of the University Alliance Ruhr (UAR).
This winter semester 2021/22, the Ruhr Lecture will focus on the topic "Mobility and Logistics". The researcher of the research field “Mobility and Logistic” from the competence field metropolitan research (KoMet) will give the lectures on six Mondays between 4 and 7 pm during the lecture period. As always, the lecture series will be held in English and will also take place completely virtually this year.
