Arrival by car:
The department Components for High Frequency Electronics (BHE) in the Center for Semiconductor Technology and Optoelectronics (ZHO) can be reached via several highways:
- A3 from south
- A40 from west (Netherlands) and east (Ruhrgebiet)
- A2/A3 from north.
Exit: Duisburg-Kaiserberg or Duisburg-Wedau .
Arrival by plane:
The closest airport is Düsseldorf International Airport. Upon arrival, take either the S-Bahn, Regionalbahn (RB) or Regionalexpress (RE) from Düsseldorf Airport train station to Duisburg Central Station.
Arrival by train:
The Center for Semiconductor Technology and Optoelectronics (ZHO) can be reached on foot within 25 minutes from Duisburg's Central Station (see map).
Take the bus line 933, 926 or 924 to the University and get off at the stop University (Uni-Nord) or take the subway line 901 to Mülheim and get off at the stop Zoo / Uni.
The building LT is located between the characteristic Campi L (Lotharstr.) and M (Mülheimer Str.). The building is particularly recognizable by its shape and the large clean room laboratory. The entrance is on the inside of the building (near the NETZ building). It can be reached from the parking lot at Lotharstr. or from the university parking lot Carl-Benz-Str.
