Abbildungen mittels SXI
Die folgende Grafik zeigt die detektierten, röntgenstrahlinduzierten Sekundärelektronen (SXI) einer teilweise lasergesinterten TiO2 Nanopartikeloberfläche.
An 9 Stellen wurde mit einem Laser auf die Oberfläche geschossen, wobei die Leistung des Lasers variiert wurde. Die Veränderung der Laserleistung führt zu einem unterschiedlich starken sintern der TiO2 Partikel und führen so zu einem unterschiedlichen Farbkontrast.
