The Integrated Graduate School offers to all Ph.D. students involved in the projects of the CRC an interdisciplinary training program under the general topic „Supramolecular Chemistry and Biology“. Apart from scientific courses oriented at the CRC goals, the acquisition of key qualifications, which prepare young scientists for their professional careers is emphasized .

Members of this Graduate School are all co-workers of the CRC from core support (University) as well as auxiliary support (DFG). In addition, a limited number of co-workers of other groups (national and international) may formally apply to be integrated into the graduate school. For transitional periods of 6 months up to one year these graduate students can be endowed with a limited number of stipends (Short Term Fellowships).
