Test und Zuverlässigkeit digitaler Systeme (Lecture/Exercise)
The lecture “Testing and Reliability of Digital Systems” was last offered in the summer semester of 2024 for students under the old examination regulations. In the new examination regulations (from the winter semester 2024/25), this course is no longer part of the curriculum.
The exam for the lecture will continue to be offered for the time being to give students under the older examination regulations the opportunity to take the exam, for example, in the event of a repeat.
We have set up a Moodle course that contains the original material from Prof. Tamás Kurczveil and enables students who were unable to attend the lecture to prepare for the exam through self-study.
