Die in diesem Anmeldeformular erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten werden im Rahmen des Anmeldeverfahrens der Veranstaltung elektronisch übertragen, lokal gespeichert und zur organisatorischen Abwicklung der Veranstaltung, insbesondere auch zur Kontaktaufnahme mit veranstaltungsrelevanten Informationen, verwendet.

Data collection and processing

The personal data collected in this registration form will be transmitted electronically as part of the registration for the event, stored locally and used for the organizational handling of the event, in particular for contacting you with information relevant to the event.

Bild- und Tonaufnahmen

Mit der Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung willigen Sie ein, dass es der Universität Duisburg-Essen und der Presse gestattet ist, auf der Veranstaltung gemachte Fotos, Audio und / oder Filmbeiträge medienübergreifend genehmigungs- und vergütungsfrei zu veröffentlichen.

Gegen die Erhebung, Verarbeitung oder Veröffentlichung von Bild- und Tonaufnahmen Ihrer Person kann entweder direkt bei der Fotografin/dem Fotografen oder unter amerikanistik@uni-due.de. Widerspruch eingelegt werden. Dies umfasst nicht Veröffentlichungen, auf die seitens der UDE kein Einfluss mehr genommen werden kann. Image and sound recordings

By participating in the event, you agree that the University of Duisburg-Essen and the press may publish any image, sound and/or film recordings made at the event free of charge and without permission.

Objections to the collection, processing or publication of image and sound recordings of your person can be lodged either directly with the photographer or at amerikanistik@uni-due.de. This does not apply to publications that can no longer be influenced by the UDE. Further information can be obtained from the Institute of Anglophone Studies, North American Studies.
