The Doctoral Office of the Faculty of Biology oversees the formal steps of the doctoral process. Please address correspondence to the Doctoral Office. Documents and doctoral theses must be submitted to the Doctoral Office no later than one week prior to the Doctoral Committee meetings

Doctoral Program Matters

Application for Admission to Doctoral Studies

You can find all the information and documents related to your doctoral application in the Doctoral Guide under "Forms".

Please send the required documents for admission to the doctoral program (Doctoral Guide C – Application for Admission to the Doctoral Program 1–12) digitally as a PDF file to the Doctoral Office (dekanat-biologie@uni-due.de) and also submit the originals by mail, or arrange a drop-off time with the Doctoral Office.

 

Application for the Doctoral Examination Procedure

In addition to submitting the original documents, a PDF file of the dissertation is required in electronic form, preferably via email to the Doctoral Office (dekanat-biologie@uni-due.de) or on a USB drive.

Please send the required documents for admission to the doctoral program (Doctoral Guide C – Application for Admission to the Doctoral Program 1–12) digitally as a PDF file to the Doctoral Office (dekanat-biologie@uni-due.de) and also submit the originals by mail, or arrange a drop-off time with the Doctoral Office.

If you are unable to submit the digital version of your dissertation as a PDF via email, please contact the Doctoral Office; they will then provide a way for you to upload the file.
