Was bietet das Rasterkraft- / Rastersondenmikroskop?
Das Rasterkraftmikroskop (AFM) ist ein unverzichtbares Werkzeug für die Nanowissenschaften, das es ermöglicht, Oberflächenstrukturen mit atomarer Präzision zu visualisieren und physikalische Eigenschaften direkt auf der Nanometerskala zu charakterisieren. Durch die Kombination von hoher Auflösung und vielfältigen Messmodi unterstützt das System Forschende dabei, ein tieferes Verständnis für die Korrelation zwischen Struktur und Materialeigenschaften zu gewinnen.
Funktionen
Informationen über: Topographie, Größe und Höhe von Nanokomponenten, sowie mechanische, chemische und elektronische/elektrische Eigenschaften auf der Nanometerskala.
Mit dem Bruker Dimension Icon / Dimension FastScan lassen sich Oberflächen hochauflösend abbilden und materialspezifisch untersuchen. Neben der Topographie können lokale mechanische (z. B. Härte, Elastizität, Adhäsion), elektrische (z. B. Leitfähigkeit, Oberflächenpotenzial) und chemisch relevante Kontraste bestimmt werden. Der FastScan-Modus ermöglicht die Untersuchung schneller, dynamischer Prozesse ; zusätzliche Module erlauben Conductive-AFM (TUNA/pcAFM), KPFM, SSRM, QNM sowie kontrollierte Messungen in Flüssigkeiten und unter variabler Temperatur.

Anorganische und organische Materialien; Messung empfohlen auf glatten Substraten (z. B. Si, Glas, Glimmer, beschichtete Substrate).
