Alexander Cooley is the Claire Tow Professor of Political Science at Barnard College and an adjunct faculty member at Chatham House (London). Previously, he was director of Columbia’s Harriman Institute focusing on Russia, Eurasia and Eastern Europe.
Daniel H. Nexon is a Professor at Georgetown University, with a joint appointment in the Department of Government and the School of Foreign Service.
