New Study Programme, MA Anglophone Popular Culture

Both the increasingly globalized job market and the continuous advancement of academia require graduates from research-focused master programmes with competencies in more than one culture and language. By guiding students towards independent, competitive research projects and by teaching exclusively in English, students’ intercultural competencies (esp. in terms of Anglophone Popular Culture) as well as their problem-solving skills are advanced and strengthened. The Department of Anglophone Studies now has its own Instagram account. There we‘ll be providing information about selected events and all the latest happening in the department. You will also get a look into what we do here and may even snatch a little glimpse into individual lecturers‘/professors‘ research. Sounds good? Then please give us a follow and spread the word!
