We are happy to announce that we organize an additional exciting IRTG seminar on „Resonant Tunnelling Diodes at THz Frequencies“ in 6th May 2022 from 14:00 – 17:30 in Duisburg.

Leading scientist like Prof. Dr. Safumi Suzuki and Prof. Dr. Edward Wasige will take part and present the ongoing research on Resonant Tunnelling Diodes at THz frequencies.

We cover topics as like as on-wafer measurements at highest frequencies, high power RTDs and novel RTD oscillators, radar applications and Tunneling beyond the transit time limit!
