In these cases, you can type directly into the model box and input the name of the model you have. You will see the option to 'suggest this' name, please click this and then you will be able to proceed with the model option you have added. The same is the case for the manufacturer field.

How do I invite other users to the equipment usage?
Click “users” on the left side in the dashboard and then on the right side “add user” and select a role.
