Yuan Li at the 18th ISNIE conference, June 19–21, 2014
The International Society for New Institutional Economics (ISNIE) is a well-known international society for the study of New Institutional Economics, which was founded by Nobel Laureates Ronald Coase, Douglass North, and Oliver Williamson.
This year, the ISNIE Annual Conference took place from June 19–21, 2014 in Duke University, Durham, North Carolina, USA.
Prof. Yuan Li from Mercator School of Management and IN-EAST (Acting Professor at the chair "Business and Economic Studies of East Asia") chaired a panel on the ‘Structure of Government’ and presented his new working paper ‘The Successor’s Dilemma in Authoritarian Regimes: The Role of Social Mobilization’.
