Important informations about traveling with University Sports

  • The trips are designed as group sports trips as part of university sports
  • Registrations for university sports trips are binding
  • Cancellation of a trip incurs cancellation costs of at least € 20.00; In addition, there may be further cancellation costs of the respective tour operator
  • Withdrawal must be declared in writing (email is sufficient); the date of receipt is considered the time of withdrawal
  • We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance and foreign health insurance
  • There is no insurance from the University of Duisburg-Essen
  • The flight times given are not binding and can still change
