The INEF runs a public reference library, which is expanded in our fields of research on an ongoing basis. The library is located in LS 029 in the premises of the Institute for Development and Peace (Lotharstraße 53, 47057 Duisburg) at the Duisburg campus of the University of Duisburg-Essen. the INEF library is open to the public.
Every Monday and Wednesday between 9.45-12.15 and 13.00-15.30 our staff is on site and offers you the possibility to access the library.
As the INEF library is a presence library, items cannot be borrowed.

Please note that the INEF library remains closed on public holidays.
Book loan
Please note that our library is a reference library. This means that books may not be lent from it. However, it is possible to make copies and scans with a copy card from the university on-site.
Research
For searches in the library catalogue we provide a computer in our library. Our collection is incorporated in the main online catalogue "Primo" (Link to Primo, currently at https://www.uni-due.de/ub/index.php) of the university library. It is listed at the location "D50". After a search query in the catalogue you can restrict search results to INEF library.
