"Tackling emigration in EU member states – the welfare dimension"
Susanne K. Schmidt, Martin Seeliger and Christof Roos from the University of Bremen and the University of Flensburg invite contributions for the workshop "Tackling emigration in EU member states - the welfare dimension" on 6 and 7 October 2022 in Bremen.
Contributions can shed light on the consequences of emigration for EU member states from different angles, preferably with a focus on socio-economic issues and the welfare state. They invite abstracts (app. 300 words) until March, 15 and will notify participants until March 31. Costs for travel (2nd class) and accommodation will be reimbursed. They seek to produce publications from the conference, probably an edited book or a special issue in a journal.
