Prof. Dr. Conrad Ziller
Working Group of Empirical Political Science
Conrad Ziller works as a professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Duisburg-Essen. His research interests focus on the role of immigration in politics and society, immigrant integration, policy effects on citizens, and quantitative methods. He is/was the principal investigator of research projects funded by the German Research Foundation and the Fritz Thyssen Foundation. His work has been published in the American Political Science Review, The Journal of Politics, PNAS – Proceedings of the National Academy of Science, and Social Forces, among others. He is a Associate Editor of the international peer-reviewed journal European Societies. In 2024, he joined the Editorial Board of the Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies (JEMS)
