Seit 2018 Stiftungs-Professur der Evonik-Stiftung für Interkulturelle Psychologie – Migration und Integration an der UDE. Erfahrung in interdisziplinärer Forschung durch Beteiligung an zwei EU-Projekten zu gesellschaftlichem Engagement und durch Mitarbeit im Interdisziplinären Zentrum für Integration und Migration (InZentIM). Associate Editor für Identity und British Journal of Developmental Psychology. Assistant Editor für International Journal of Intercultural Relations.
