Again this year, the TargobankRun in Duisburg was very well attended by students and employees of our university: We had registered 180 runners, 166 were at the finish!

We can describe the result of "our women" as outstanding. With the 3rd; 5 .; and 9th place in the 5.98km individual evaluation were three university runners among the first 10 women:

Helena Rosenbaum, 9th place, 00:25:01

In the men’s category, Sebastian Kluge once again took the lead among the university runners, with 22nd place in the time of 00:21:11, he was the single best among the university men.

This run was also advertised as a university championship and at the same time carried out by us as the 3rd Duisburg University Team Cup! In each case, three runners from a self-appointed team were used for the evaluation and there was (no) a surprise: The team that reached 2nd place in the first year of its participation, last year - probably with some aging participants below won the slightly varied name “Are you still running or are you already jogging”, then this year “bought well” and again took first place in the team ranking - even Elisabeth Rohbeck's excellent time in the business informatics team couldn't change that.
