Your main tasks
In an ambitious project funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) on novel thermoelectric generators for the conversion of waste heat into electrical energy, you will perform research tasks together with our national and international partners (e.g., DLR in Cologne). The focus of your work will be the microscopic investigation of solid solution and contact interfaces.
Your profile
- Completed university studies in Nanoengineering/Nanosciences, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Materials Sciences of at least 8 semesters
- Desirable are experiences in the field of materials sciences, thermoelectrics and/or measurement technology, e.g. scanning probe technology
- Independence, sense of responsibility and strong interest in research
