We focus on the strategic and international management of the transformation of the automotive industry towards connected, autonomous, shared, electrified, and sustainable mobility. The core of our work lies in transformation strategies, individual business models, and joint value creation among multiple partner companies within novel networks (ecosystems). Our research is theory-based and method-driven.
